Pennington County Court Administration is the local custodian for District Court registers, calendars, files, and certified copies. The office has jurisdictional contact responsibility for the county’s civil, family, probate, juvenile, criminal, and traffic records.

Use the office for a certified copy, a case-specific register question, an unavailable MCRO document, an older file, or confirmation of a hearing setting. Court staff, not MCRO technical support, handle case-specific matters.
- Public case lookup: use Case Lookup and the official MCRO system.
- Court setting: check Court Dates, the daily calendar, then call the court if confirmation is needed.
- Certified records: request them from Court Administration, not from an MCRO printout.
- Mail copy request: follow the statewide copy-request instructions and confirm local delivery details first.
- Restricted records: ask the local court about the applicable access form or order. An ordinary public search does not authorize access.
